This is our first time here, although we have tried on 5 other Caminos. It is no wonder that it is popular Albergue. Nothing but good here!
Warm welcome. Maria efficiently showed us around, told us which restaurant was open ALL DAY for food! The entire Albergue is charming and clean! Blanket for the very comfortable bunks. Lots of space for hanging rain gear, newspaper to stuff into wet shoes. Pellet stove was warm and cozy. Separate men’s and women’s bathrooms. Writing desk.
It is on the Camino- no getting lost.
Would highly recommend!

This was a beautiful place to stay, there was a pellet fire keeping the sleeping quarters toasty and warm, plus providing a good spot to dry washing quickly. Facilities were clean and looked after (no toilet roll running out here) kitchen facilities available plus blankets. Wonderful place, kind hosts.

Maria was the most amazing host, and this Albergue was just gorgeous. Very clean and the rooms were cosy and comfortable. You get fresh linen for the bunks which is such a nice added touch.
Maria spoke English and showed us a map of where things were, restaurants to eat at and even details of the wine and music festival happening in the town.

You can feel the love she and her mother put into this accommodation and it is well worth staying here ❤️

What a lovely, characterful place to stay, and the hosts so helpful too! Maria told us where we could shop before things shut down (it was Sunday and a fiesta day too). She also explained about the Mexican music that was being performed in the town square, so we went to that too. The hostel building is charming. It has an internal courtyard where you can sit to keep cool, or chat to other guests as they pass. We loved it all.

Very welcoming place, the owners are super sweet and happy to help you when you need it. Felt clean, good bathrooms, give you covers for your bunk bed… simple but good.

Accommodations were above standard . Staff was amazing and helped me reset for next day. Really appreciated the attention as a solo pilgrim.

Opened at 1pm not 12 as listed here, but was a pleasure to wait with a lemon water and the resident dog. Kind hospitaleras always looking for ways to make you feel looked after, and a beautiful building with several small dorms (mine was just 4 people/2 bunks).

This is the best Albergue on Camino Frances. You get such a warm welcome here, everything is very clean and well-kept, great facilities. Maria is a soul of a person you rarely find. She helps you in all matters, very great support.
I forgot my sticks and Maria organized a tranportation to my next accommodation. I am so grateful that I am allowed to be here.
Maria‘s mum made a excellent dinner, all fresh and incredients from her own garden, also good local wine. Be sure to stop by here. You will be amazed.

MUCHAS GRACIAS

María is so welcoming. Speaks English. The atmosphere is awesome. Truly a place you must stay for a relaxing evening before your accent the next day.

Highly recommend staying here
I phoned a day ahead to book.
Was welcomed by Marua with a cool lemon water drink. Good beds with white linen sheets. Beds have their own light and charger. Clean, hot, modern showers. Wish I could stay for 2 nights
Just a short stroll to the plaza where everyone meets for drinks/meals
