They do accept reservations which is key especially if you have just walked that 17 km stretch. Some people were turned away. It was clean, the shower stalls were a good size, the courtyard and eating area were nice. I would have appreciated outlets by each bed. The bunk beds are wobbly and old but comfortable enough. Considering there were 24 people in the dorm, it was fairly quiet.

Thia municipal and the Abergue Real Camino are next door to each other in the same bldg. I followed a big sign to the green door, so checked in at the municipal and paid cash, when I had a reservation for the Real next door. I should have picked up on this when the Municipal guys balked about my bag transport and acted like they had no information. When I used my AirTag and found my backpack right next door, I asked to cancel and get my money back so I could use my reservation. The answer was a hard NO. I am a senior, solo traveler who had had a rough day and limped in. I should have been more attentive, but I had only just arrived and this took place over a period of minutes. The proprietor at the Municipal was rude. The guy was the Real was very nice but could not help me. Both facilities were nice enough.

Clean, very modern and good atmosphere, great place to stay. microwave and toaster if you want to make Something simple. No, they do not turn the lights or the water off after 10 anymore - it’s available all night.
Don’t take the top bunk right in front of the night light…

Down the street couple hundred feet, great pilgrims meal. At restaurant camino real, Try the lentil soup (very filling) and beef cheeks, very tasty and tender. The male waiter was wonderful.

Very clean and modern place, bathrooms are nice. The power stays on all night and the bathrooms stay functional. Cost is 10 Euro/bed now

This place is comfortable and clean, but know this: sometime around 10 they turn off all the power. All lights, but even the outlets and the lights in the bathrooms. Also, no water so no flushing toilets or anything else. I’d stay here again, but charge your electronics before dark.

After the closing/lights out time; the wifi turned off; outlets were turned off (so you couldn't charge your devices); you couldn't even flush a toilet. It was weird too because there was no warning that this was going to happen.
