Sensational food and lovely hospitaleros!! Be careful not to eat too much before or during the first 3 courses as there is more to come!! Thank you for hosting me from Caroline Western Australia

We stayed here in September 2024. The Alburgue was typical, but the dinner was excellent! We had a great group of pilgrims and lovely conversation.

Breakfast is a la carte. My husband had a huge slice of toast with eggs, chorizo, a pepper, and said it was the best breakfast on the Camino. Enjoy.

They are such a kind and loving family that run the albergue. I love them. Snacks are delicious!!!! The husband bakes and cooks from scratch with his whole heart! You can taste the love in all of the food. The community dinner was outstanding!!!! Don’t miss it. The town is quiet and small. Such a great place to stay.

The food was outstanding, best I’ve had on the camino. The hospitality was great, lovely family run Albergue. The room was very small but ok, bathroom was ok.

A real gem on the Camino, clean and the home cooked meal was prepared daily. Our hosts even fired up the bbq. So much love in this place.

True family hospitality! They have a pilgrim kitchen. HOWEVER, their food is recognized beyond borders.

Actually, I was already passing this village/Albergue
but intuitively decided to stop here anyway.
And what a fantastic place this is! Extremely friendly helpful family who run this Albergue together and with a lot of love for what they do.

The bed was comfortable the food sublime and I even decided to stay an extra night and take the bus to Burgos from here. Then, after the necessary city hustle and bustle, I will come back here to this peaceful place.

All I can say is that it's a missed opportunity when you walk past this Albergue.

At least grab something to eat there😉.

One of the best albergues I have yet encountered on the Camino. Small and homey, the food is reason enough to come here. Lunch and dinner were spectacular, especially the tomato salad with shrimp and anchovy. Great value and hospitality.
