Checking in was easy and payable by card.

I was the only person in my dorm of 4. Privacy curtains lihyt and power socket plus towel.

Nice lounges and kitchen area. Plenty of social seating.
Good views. Bustling outside cafe.

Unfortunately loud music vibrated through the windows from 11pm until 4am on Friday evening from some other bar/ club.

I stayed there a few days ago, room 103, and got several bedbug bites... Very bad experience...
(If you encounter bedbugs: wash everything on at least 60 °, all your clothes, towels, sleeping bag etc, wash your backpack as well as you can, shoes too. My next albergue host has hot air cleaning device, we used it on the backpack and shoes. Go to the nearest pharmacy and ask a cream for your bites and try not to scracht them!)

Stayed with my daughter in our own room on the first floor. The beds were very clean and comfortable.

It's close to all of the "action" (which is mostly good.) The cathedral, old pilgrim hostel, convent and other historical locations are literally a block over. Many nice restaurants and cafes are within 100m. We ate across the street for dinner and had a very pleasant breakfast in the albergue's cafe when we left in the morning.

I do have to say that we too experienced the 3AM party crowd. Fortunately, we had a good set of earplugs and were too tired from our flight to care or be bothered.

The one single sex 2 stall bathroom was more than adequate for everyone staying the we night. Though, it would be nice if there was a better shelf or set of hooks to hold clothes and toiletries while in the shower.

Don't read too much into the late night revelry, I recommend staying here and would do so again myself.

Clean, welcoming, very well organised. Has a washer and dryer (you have to pay). Three floors of rooms, multiple kitchen spaces. Smack bang in the heart of the old town. If you can get the atico space (right at the top) to yourself, it’s a wonderful retreat from the world. Would very happily stay here again.

Not a "can't miss" place as someone described it, but nice and comfortable. Small but modern rooms, 4 beds in room. Heaters in rooms. Bedsheets, blankets, towel provided. Good kitchen, some nice common spaces.

This place was wonderful.

Clean, cozy and very friendly. Centrally located to almost everything, this place was fun super comfortable.

The cafeteria gave you a place to hangout and chill with others.

Liked it so much, stayed two nights!

A very comfortable and welcoming albergue.
Beds very comfortable and all facilities first class.
The food in the cafe/restaurant was delicious.
The location of the albergue could not have been better.....very close to the cathedral and the heart of the old town.

Sure...the place could do with another couple of toilets to meet some pernickety peoples needs.
I loved the place and would happily return there.
The cafe is first class providing excellent food.
Staff are really pleasant and friendly.

Ideas is well done and they have thought of all the needs for pilgrims. The café had excellent food and was very convenient. The one thing they don’t have control over is the noise on the street below on the weekends. It was loud outside our window until four in the morning. The location is great.

Nice room and good central location. Only 1 toilet between 14 people on our floor though and it’s mixed sex which is a bit unpleasant. 2 good showers but the lights and fan were not working so no good at night and there was mould on the ceiling. There was a large group of young men when we stayed who made a lot of noise both in the corridor and their room which you could hear loudly. Nice breakfast available at the cafe downstairs, though more on the healthy side than a hearty breakfast before a long walk! Not cheap either.
