I had a female only room with 5 other pilgrims and it’s fair to say we all loved having our own sizeable bathroom with a nice shower. The room had lockers and linen sheets on a traditional mattress(not plastic). The location was incredible right in the centre of town and I did not find it too noisy the night I was there. The receptionist was really helpful and it feels more like a hotel in which you are sharing a room.

Well run place, great kitchen and eating area, so you can prepare your own food. Rooms overlooked the square which was very loud at night, perhaps not the best location if you want peace and quiet. Very busy, lots of guests. Showers were good!

We stayed two nights here, first in a twin room, then in the female dorm. Both were very comfortable. The dorm was good value and is situated in the hotel, so it has more of a "hotel feel" than a "hostel vibe" despite the disposable sheets and no towels. Good location on a little plaza. Some chatting from the bar below until around 11:30pm if windows are open, but not really a problem. Reception staff speak good English and are helpful on the phone. Dorm was booked full on one night, so call ahead.

Estella is a lovely little town. We didn't really find great food though.

I stayed in the women’s only dorm for two nights and it was clean/good showers/good beds but my silk sleep liner was taken from my bed (likely by a staff person when cleaning the room) as I was the last pilgrim to leave the room. The reception person said it’s my fault for leaving anything out but come on - it’s a sleep sack! I spoke to the cleaners and they said they took nothing. Be careful with your belongings here.

Had the option for women-only dorm (€15) which was so worth it! Nice clean showers, good view of square from windows, and comfortable bunks with lots of places to charge your phone.

Washer and dryer on-site (7€ for both at time of writing). The rooms have wooden bunk beds and lockers big enough to put backpacks in, the doors all have locks, the room was mixed dorm of 8 beds and it was so quiet I couldn’t sleep. Also the ventilation caused the room to be humid and stuffy. I wish hostels would have white noise machines, changing areas in bathrooms, and foam rollers and yoga mats to borrow. I stayed at a municipal alberge in Zubiri and this hostal was nicer. There are outlets at each bed. I did not stay for breakfast. The bathroom was kept stocked and pretty clean. I still couldn’t sleep. 😆

This is the best deal on the Camino so far! New, clean, large, and your option of bunks or private rooms and it’s at the city center.
Dont pass this one up!

Camino de Sant… (not verified)

Right off a main plaza with families and children. A Spanish filled vibe. Superbly clean and nice setup. I had a female dorm to myself. It was heaven.

A spotlessly clean, quiet room. Very kind and helpful manageress on reception. Washing machine available for 4 euros. Central location. Highly recommended
