Super clean rooms, nice bunk beds, en suit bathrooms in the dorms, real sheets and blankets. The receptionist speaks English and gave me some very helpful suggestions including to check out the FREE city pool! (6min walk away) If you arrive on a hot day, make sure you visit this paradise! The water is cold but it’s refreshing!

The manager was helpful and the place was very clean. I love that the lower bunks had plenty of headroom for someone 6’+ (2m) tall to sit up without hitting my head. There’s a bar 2 doors down with a great variety of food and the hardest working bartender I’ve ever seen.

The room and bathrooms were clean. There were no paper towels in any of the bathrooms. Blanca was very friendly and helpful. She did laundry for a charge of 9 euros, which a number of pilgrims appreciated. There are warming racks to dry your wet and muddy shoes and newspaper to stuff those shoes that do not fit on the rack. The cost was 17 euros, not 15.

Hostess Mery is an angel. Very comfortable beds and well equipped common area and kitchen, cooked my leftover chorizo for breakfast! The bar next-door does a terrific Pilgrim‘s menu. This is my third Camino, I know a great one when I see it, highly recommended.

We stayed on August 19, 2024

The best accommodation I had in the entire Camino price wise. Comfortable bed wirh showers in the room, clean, modern and spacious laundry area if you wash your clothes manually. A nice kitchen with utensils and near the groceries. Highly recommended.

I spent 2 nights at the Pensión, Mary, God bless her is a true hostess! The facilities are spotless, quiet and very relaxed and comfortable. Mary can answer any questions you may have about anything. Has fridge, microwave and toaster. No stove but no big deal. Supermacado, cafe/bars, bus and taxi options are all a 5 minute walk away if that. Great place to take a zero day!

Took a rest day in the pension. Mery should get the Nobel Peace Prize for putting up with my lousy Spanish and doing our laundry. She is wonderful. The room was clean and well appointed. Highly recommend.

Had a twin room in the Pension. Mery the owner is a superstar, so helpful, friendly and welcoming. The albergue and pension are in two different buildings round the corner from each other. Extremely clean, comfortable and quite rooms. Exceptional. Thank you Mery - you deserve an award for your consideration and service to your guests. I highly recommend this place.
