Mos is one of the understated gems along this stretch of the camino. I don’t want to over sell the place, but as pilgrim outposts go it has everything you need for an overnight stay: A beautiful church, an albergue, a selection of bars, and the beautiful Pazo de Mos (wifi). It has little else, and that is nice.

Leave town by continuing uphill past the albergue.

Decent place, good price. You get a ticket and go to the dorms, choose your own bed, no staff on site, nobody bothers you. Heating works. Bed protectors. No blankets. Kitchen is good except that microwave doesn't work. A couple of restaurants nearby. Need to receive an sms to log into wifi.

The cafe attached to the museum is great for a coffee, paleta, or cold water. They also have a giant stamp that is very pretty but will take up two spaces in your credencial.

Great food and service. Very friendly and helpful. English limited but work very hard to communicate clearly. Right across from the Albergue.
They also have 2 rooms (sleeps 5+2). Beds very comfortable. Very clean. Pillows large and firm. Shared bathrooms, one male, one female.
All closed Tuesdays. Call +34 986 334 269 for reservation.

Great cafe especially when we were hoping for a nice warm brunch of bacon and eggs! Good food and good options.

Good coffee, good cakes, clean and welcoming. In the village just after you turn left at the cross. Recommend

Camino de Sant…

We stayed in the Albergue above the Casa Flora restaurant. For €10 it was very nice. It’s run by a small family, very pilgrim friendly and caring. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there.
