I was here July 2024.
The location of the albergue is ok, close to the center of the city.
The staff did its basic duties, but overall did not seem too interested and helpful.
If you want to have a good sleep, I am not sure this is the place for you, because some of the beds were practically in the hallway. Our room was separated from the hallway only by a sliding door that was not fully sound-isolated, so if you are sensitive when it comes to sleeping, you will often here people walking on the hallway.

Lots of positive reviews below, but my experience was different. This is my fourth Camino , I’ve stayed at many places, the staff here were among the least helpful.

This place is great. Clean, separate men's and women's bathrooms, and Maria was really helpful with some problems I was having. Highly recommend!

This is a great albergue. Probably one of the best on the Portuguese route. The only downside is there’s.no outside space to relax but then the beach is five minutes away. The same family run the restaurant/bar a few doors down with the same name. The food there is excellent and they open at 7:15 for breakfast. If you’re at the albergue there’s a 5% discount on meals. Frankly at €13.50 it’s a total bargain, towel, sheets and a blanket provide with four bunk ‘cabins’. There are also two ‘apartment’ private rooms. If you’re dreading a
30+ km day to Pontevedra, stay here instead.

Modern, nice and clean. Love the 4-bed room setting. Restaurant/bar next door is very convenient. Could benefit from a newer washer and dryer.

Die herberge sehr sauber und sah alles sehr neu aus. Ein kleiner supermarkt war direkt nebenan sowie ein cafe/Restaurant.
Man hatte auch die möglichkeit zu kochen. Küche war voll ausgestattet.

This albergue provides a tired pilgrim/hiker with everything you could need.
The place is comfortable and spotless.
Facilities are first class.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
The associated cafe/restaurant is convenient and provides great food including pilgrims menu.
Highly recommended.

12 euros. Very nice hostel, and very clean. Beds come with sheets only, I’m melting into my bed as I write this
