Gardens, nicely designed rooms, very good shower, very friendly, and a substantial salad available for dinner! Also their own olives, which are excellent. Everything is excellent quality but unfussy. Highly recommended!

Great friendly staff who spoke English. Quiet rural setting. Large comfortable room with en suite. Fantastic swimming pool. There are no shops nearby but they do a pilgrims dinner and breakfast.

Casa das Portas was wonderful and we were lucky enough to have the whole place to ourselves. The pool was refreshing and the homemade dinner and breakfast were amazing. Friendly staff. Great place to stop.

Brilliant place and the hosts were so nice. Stayed in a four bed bunk room that was perfect. Home made food from the garden.

Very nice place to stay. I enjoyed the swimming pool and the good meal that they served (still 12 euro for the soup and tuna salad). You can book through their own website.

As above a lovely peaceful quiet place to stay with a refreshing swimming pool. Rooms are lovely and modern and the dinner for 12 euros was fantastic.
Really lovely hosts ...
I would definitely recommend.
