It‘s nice but the Room is under streetlevel at a very frequented Road.

What a find! Everything very clean and modern. Two small dormitories (but with decent space between the bunks) with bright main lights and individual reading lights and charging points with shelves by each bed.
Real towels, real bottom sheets and pillow cases and warm over-quilts provided for each bed, with large, individual, lockable lockers, big enough to comfortably store my backpack and smaller bags (haven’t been able to fit my backpack into many Albergue lockers on the way).
Hotel-size and hotel-standard modern showers and bathrooms (very swish!).
Small but bright and cozy kitchenette with table and stools, microwave, fridge, kettle, plates, glasses and cutlery.
Washer and dryer (5€ each) and sink/small lines to wash and dry clothes by hand.
Own keys provided for lockers and for entering the albergue when reception is closed (after 5pm; key code given for entry on first day and keys left on your allocated bed).
GREAT central location, only 2 mins walk from Plaza Cervantes and 4 mins from Cathedral entrance, but far enough away from bars to get a quiet night’s sleep, even at weekends.
Only 15€/night (great value, especially considering you can cater for yourself here using the kitchenette facilities) and staff are very friendly. Bookable through Booking.com and same price as booking direct.
My favourite albergue so far in Santiago and I’ve stayed at quiet a few 👍
