A very nice, clean and well maintained small hotel with a restaurant on the bottom floor. Check in is at the bar right when you walk inside. They have an elevator too - for those with tired feet.

We were delighted by the room - it was the nicest we’ve stayed in by far and has a beautiful balcony over looking the street. After discovering last night there was no hot water in the albergue - a hot shower at the hotel was a treat.

There is a nice grocery just a 3 minute walk from the hotel Supermercado Superherti in Calle Cerco Viejo (they close for siesta at 2pm but reopen at 5pm)

My stay here was fine. The room is in a cool old house/hotel. I did not eat here but the restaurant was pretty quiet.

Stopped to see what time dinner would be, told 4pm. Came at 530. Nope 7pm but we could get paella. So we did.

Awfull, cold in the middle. Almost as cold as the waitress.

This is my 3rd time here, no change

Camino de Sant…

I booked a private room on Booking.com for 40 euros. Nice cozy room, clean and tidy. Dinner and breakfast was very tasty. I have to remember when bacon is mentioned, it is not crispy bacon like in the US. It’s more like the consistency of ham. It’s not bad but I just had to get used to it.

Camino de Sant…

I really enjoyed the restaurant. I had a private room with a bathroom and shower. Very compact but did the job. Restaurant was very quaint. I had a great steak dinner.

Camino de Sant…

I was a little miffed when I emailed to see if it was possible to stay and got no, but I checked on Bookings.com and there was a room available which we took. Great food and room was nice, and the register said they had spare rooms. Maybe they didn’t want pilgrims?

Set up is a bit confusing: the hotel reception is just right there in the bar when you walk in; looks like a hostess stand. The room was basic and clean (with a ceiling fan, hurray!), and dinner was quite good -- when it finally came. Waited 30 minutes for the waitress to finally take my order, though the restaurant was not busy. While waiting for food to arrive I begged for a bread basket, which I devoured. Tomato salad with tuna and anchovies was fantastic. Brought me the wrong main course, which the waitress insisted I had ordered. When the bacalao (which I HAD ordered) finally came, it was delicious.
