We found bedbugs in the first room we got (I think it was 228, second floor last in the corridor to the right). We told the owner and could change to another room which was cleaner and we didn’t find any bugs or bug poo there. But the next day I heard that guests in another room also had found bedbugs so it seems to be a problem in in more than one room :( So be careful and check the room before you pack up your things. Otherwise the hostel has a good location, ok kitchen, nice balcony and the hosts are kind.

A nice pension near the park. The 2 bunk rooms are small but clean with a private bathroom. The common area was comfortable with a kitchen and morning breakfast. The location is close to all city facilities. The front hosts were extremely helpful. If traveling with a friend the price for two is a good value for a private room.

We got a doubleroom for 28 euros and I find that quite reasonable price for privacy. Also private bathroom. The room was clean and we got also blankets ( we did not have sleepingbags, only sheets)
Notice: beds are short. We both are 170 cm and our feet came out of the bed.
It did not bother us. Still, we liked this place.

Camino de Sant…

This hostel charges 12 euros

Camino de Sant…

Incredible albergue. Four beds to a room with an ensuite bath. If you stay here, venture farther than the next door bar for dinner (rude waitstaff, mediocre food).

Camino de Sant…

Hostal prices in 2018 are now 12€ in a shared room and that increases to 15€ in August. Note that breakfast is additional. No place to wash or dry clothes, but there is a washer (3.50€) and a dryer for (3€).

Camino de Sant…

It’s an ok place, though in room 224 there are bedbugs. Unfortunately when I noticed it was already too late to do anything about it. When tried to explain the situation at the reception, no one really cared and said I was to blame and that I brought them in myself. Well, I think I would have noticed a night or two before if I was carrying some 20 bedbugs in my sleeping bag. Also I checked other beds and they had them too. They continued to try to convince me that they disinfect everything each day, but that room definitely had not seen any bug repellent in a while. I can live with the fact that I got bitten. But the attitude from the staff was very rude. No refund, no apology, no nothing.

Camino de Sant…

I am staying in Rm 224 and it is clean as can be. If there was an earlier problem I believe it has been remedied. Great communal area to hangout in with wifi & books. Kitchen with refrigerator, microwave and burner, & coffee maker. Washer and dryer are available.
I love that the room only sleeps 4 and has an en suite bathroom. Nice balcony also with seating. There is a lovely park across the street. Lots of bars, restaurants & cafes nearby.
Staff is very friendly and eager to assist as needed.

Camino de Sant…

A place that pretends to be an alburgue. Unfortunately due to covid we are restricted in our choices. But im honestly tired that these kins of places advertise that they are accomodations for pilgrims (hence alburgue) and they just want your money and that's it. No common area after a certain time, can't use the kitchen after 20:30, you don't feel welcome, literally paying for just a bed in a room shared with 3 other people for 15eu. I do hope that after covid, this bs doesn't happen any longer.
Buen Camino, enjoy the sidra
