If you want it all spic and span in the corners this is not the place for you.
If you want cool atmosphere, good vegan food and lots of it, Puzzles to do, books to read, chairs in the backyard to hang out on, hammocks in the woods to lounge in, homemade log bunkbeds with lots of height and no squeaking and a very lovely host family, this is a place for you.

Easy .
Wooden home made bunk beds with lots of room , good hot showers .
Nice to spend time in the garden.
Enjoyed the vegan dinner sitting in the garden very much.
Check out the Art gallery nearby, wasn’t open until after dinner.

A wonderful place run by a lovely family. We had comfy beds in this small and clean alburgue. The showers worked great. The outdoor experience in the hammocks in the forest behind the alburge was so relaxing! Our vegan dinner was tasty and very filling. My wife and I highly recommend El Beso!

Such a unique place on the Camino! The owners turned the old building into a lovely albergue full of charm. Even the bunk beds are different from other places. They have a lovely garden and the atmosphere is just calm and nice. Dinner and breakfast was absolutely delicious. Stay here if you can!

The family that hosts this albergue are kind and gentle to everyone, to creation itself and we loved our stay here to rest and rejuvenate. The bunks are lofted and comfy, the vegan menu was so delicious and served by the whole family, it was simply lovely.

Such a calm place, very special. The wooden bunks with tree trunk uprights felt a little like sleeping in a wood. There is an ancient chestnut wood outside with hammocks, beautiful. Delicious communal vegan meal. This is a perfect place to relax and recharge your batteries. One of my very favourite albergues.

Camino de Sant…

Must disagree with previous review. This place was definitely not clean. There were spider webs with dead insects in them everywhere, and the bathrooms smelled awful. Only one shower had hot water. Worst of all was the mice. They were overrun with mice. We saw mice on backpacks, on the floors, under beds, and while I was talking to albergue owner, a mouse ran cross kitchen counter where he was preparing dinner. Another pilgrim reported finding mouse poop on her bed in the morning. It was really bad. If you’re not bothered by mice, everything else was good.
