Fantastic place. Wonderful surroundings and the most beautiful rooms. Will highly recommend this place.

Absolutely gem of a place. The hosts are wonderful and welcoming. The dorm room is beautiful. Dinner was excellent. A really really super example of an albergue. The best out of the 36 I stayed in.

We enjoyed our stay and the community meal with other pilgrims. Lovely garden area to sit and enjoy a burger. The albergue was clean and the bunk bed set up was nice although the upper bunks were very low so hard to sit on bottom bunk comfortably. Hosts helped us get a taco to Castillo de Pambre and arrange to have the driver wait for us and then drive us back.

This place stands alone so to have the Pilgrim Dinner here makes sense , it was delicious. Best on the whole Camino and lots of it. Anna is a great cook .
Lovely garden setting, good hand wash laundry and clothes line .

Peaceful, friendly, best showers of all Camino. You could say too hot, too much pressure, but I say really good.

Stayed here May 25th. It's really nice and rustic. I didn't have the pilgrim menu but had a tortilla with salad and bread and this was delicious. As was the bocadillo I had later. The pilgrim menu smelt delicious so am sure this was tasty also. A lovely place for a relaxing evening.

Camino de Sant…

Lots of trees and grass, shade and sun surround this solid, handsome stone building. It contains a tall, communal dining room decorated with old farm equipment (and furnished, at mealtime and for a reasonable price, with heaping piles of delicious food). The rooms are in back in comfortable dorms - I had the good fortune of being placed in a room with 2 bunks inly evem though I didn’t pay for that luxury. As usual in these amazing places, the staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside is that I attracted mites or some sort of biting insect.probably when I was carelessly walking barefoot in the grass.and got about a dozen really itchy bites on my legs that have not quite gone away a week later. It is the countryside, after all.I blame myself, but mention this just to irge caution to fellow city-slickers. The room is clean, but nature is not a renaissance painting just because the day is done and you are resting and euphoric.

Camino de Sant…

Really comfy dorm with decent space for your backpack. Good pilgrim menu and a la carte menu looked great too ( as did the cakes). Lots of character, a great place to stop.
