Facilities-wise, you get what you pay for for EUR10. No paper sheets provided. But the views from the room and the laundry terrace over the old town - priceless

After reading reviews here, I made a point to be very polite to the host and I had no issues. In fact, I got given a bunk furthest from the door (no interruptions) and with no bunk buddy, so I had a great sleep.

Bathrooms are communal, but nice warm water.

Bunks are solid, clean - but a lot of bunks in one room. Door to the dormitory is jammed, making it a bit loud/awkward.

Laundry drying patio is actually a nice place to sit and chat, with a really pretty outlook over the red tile roofs and river - truly enjoyed my experience ce here.

Hours are. rigid (doors lock at 10pm, and check out by 8am) but to be expected for an Albergue.

The old lady kicked us out bcs we didn’t make enough km that day, although it was empty. She was very rude, refused to speak and just shut the windows in front of our faces. Before us she was nicely speaking to a Spanish speaking men. We went to another hostel, beautiful and clean. Later on we met a guy who walked 40 km that day and he said that there was a party of 19 people inside and when he tried to complain she was rude to him and he had tonleave.

It is a good location the partitioned bunks are well spaced out and not creaky, it has a small well kitted out kitchen with microwave and a four ring hob, fridge/ freezer. Each bunk has a light with USB. There is a washing machine and dryer and a good drying area. Staff were friendly, cannot find anything to complain about for €10

Clean and spacious bunk room. But plastic sheets, no kitchen or microwave or refrigerator, very difficult to access Wi-Fi, this is just a bed. You get what you pay for

Camino de Sant… (not verified)

Perfect location, good bed with night lamp and USB charging port at each bed, Maite-Theresa at the reception was very helpful, toilet and shower very clean.

Beautiful area behind the cathedral the beds all have a light and USB and the washing machine and dryer are reasonably priced. No kitchen but so many food places and reception was very helpful.

Camino de Sant… (not verified)

Staff are rude. The bunks are old and noisy when pilgrims turn around in the bed. Only few power plugs. Kitchen are empty as someone else said. Light from hallway in the dorm all night. Limited space for wash and dry. Had a horrible sleep, do not recommend.

Camino de Sant…

Good location, but very basic and a lot of rules. Was a line at 1pm, and beds full fast. no plugs by beds and plastic sheets. But €6 and clean, communal shower and 2 toilet. Good clothes washing and drying area.

Camino de Sant…

I was disappointed. One electric plug in a dormitry with 20 beds. A few plugs in the hallway. All in use all the way. No toiletpaper in the toilets early morning!! NOTHING in the kitchen: No microwave, no utensils whatever. A stove, but no pots or pans. Only one tub for washing. No extra basins. The shower was hot and clean. The albergue is located near the centre of Tui. If you want to shower and sleep you go there . But thats all.
