Camino de Sant… (not verified)

Great oasis after a hot day of walking. Everything is done with such love there. I really felt welcomed there. Good beds, clean linens, a lot of space to relax, and even some medical items available if you are in need. And grandma’s legendary vegetable soup is a must to try.

May 2023. The nicest welcome ever. A cold drink given on arrival. A huge friendly welcome. Super clean hostel. Amazing atmosphere. Great beds. Real cotton bottom sheet and pillow case - bed ready prepared. Lovely clean, thin blankets provided per bed. (Not quite warm enough in May - I have a thermal sheet liner and felt a little chilly with just this and this blanket but was next to the window.)
An all round hostel where the hostess truly take pride in her work. (Oh and her grandmothers amazing home-made garden-grown soup for €2. As well as other food and drink items to buy.)

Everything is so clean, light and airy. The bunks have privacy curtains and lockers. There is a charging port at every bed. Vegetable soup made by grandmother Maria was a highlight.

The facilities are like new and well planned. Guests are welcomed in like family and encouraged to feel at home. There are plenty of spaces to relax and socialize with fellow pilgrims. Grandmother Maria made a lovely soup for all. This private albergue is highly recommended.

While this camino has an open kitchen where you can cook your own food, there is no full meal option.
But just a few minutes doen the road is a great little cafe with very tasty food and cheap prices: Cafe Catete.
Very much recomended for both..

Camino de Sant…

Such a lovely albergue. Carolina really takes care and there is a bath to soak your feet. One item - there is not much food options nearby so eat before or bring something with you.
