Camino de Sant… (não verificado)

Went to stay there a couple of days ago, got to our room and unrolled my bed sheet and dead bed bug rolled out. Spoke to the host and got our money back. Some pilgrims that stayed woke up with bites.

The hosts are lovely, but the whole place is a bit dirty and threadbare. It needs a damn good clean.

I really liked the hosts and the vibe, so it pains me to say this, but absolutely avoid this place. 4 people in my room, myself included, woke up with dozens of bed bug bites. Deeply unpleasant.

If you do stay here, take an upper bunk and sleep in a silk liner, as the bugs are near the floor.

Camino de Sant…

Good hearted people but now a well run establishment. Cold in the winter and the bathrooms/shower were a disaster.

Camino de Sant…

This is one of the most charming places I have stayed at on the camino. Not the most tidy and modern, but the staff are from heaven, and the community dinner was the best I have gotten so far. And the breakfast was fabulous. A must stay!

Camino de Sant…

Best alburgue with the worst bathrooms. Love this place and it’s wonderful staff.

Camino de Sant…

Cool building, but I would not stay here again.

Camino de Sant…

Actual cost is 6€ for a bed or 5€ if you pay an additional 4€ for breakfast (which I found a bit shifty since it will never be 5 which is what they advertise everywhere.) Dinner was 7€ and was decent but scant in portion and dessert was canned fruit. It was served 45 minutes late but I might have experienced an unlucky night in that regard. Dorm beds are very close and in some instances just pushed together. The staff running it are lovely and the *rustic* building and haphazard functioning are in some regards probably the most authentic Camino experience you can have in these days of art hostel albergues with vegan dinners and fresh smoothies. It wasn’t a bad stay but neither would I necessarily recommend it.

Camino de Sant…

There is a choice of male, female or mixed showers & bathrooms. The mixed ones look like they have recently been refurbished & definitely not the worst on the camino or a disaster, they are quite nice . The women’s could do with a refresh

Camino de Sant…

We had a great stay at this facility in early March. The dormitories and the dining room were heated. It’s a unique place and has served Pilgrims for decades. It is a landmark on the Camino. Your experience here will be the same as Pilgrims had before the Camino was really commercialized. If you want privacy and modern accommodations and lots of electrical outlets, then this is not the facility for you.
