It’s a nice place with cute furniture. But since the owner is not living there and I was the only guest that night, I felt a little strange at first.
I cooked my meal in the well equipted kitchen and went to bed.
But he prepared a good breakfast for me and was friendly when showing everything even I am not French and also rarely speak French. I had the feeling that it was not usually that there are few guests there

Lovely centrally situated building, with views over the river. Large well equipped kitchen , and modern shower, with hot water.
If you are looking to be left alone to cook and sleep this is the place for you.
If you are looking for a friendly Pilgrim experience then perhaps not.
The person who I assume was the owner, was quite friendly until I paid. I then found he was quite curt, and became agitated when asked to repeat the Wi-Fi password.
I later found that the rudeness was only for non French speakers.
To cap it all, there was CCTV in the hall and kitchen, with no sign. I only noticed it in the morning when I got up to do some stretching. I wonder how many liaisons he has captured in the past!

Well situated, but I had a feeling it hadn’t been cleaned properly in a while. The rooms are spacious, and there is a well equipped kitchen.

The hoste is very nice.

I wanted to stay there because the camping was closed. Looked like a nice place at first. When I got there, there was only one man who stayed there for work and whose first question was if the owner would be coming back that night. Had an eery feeling to stay with him alone there that night in the same room (as a lone female pilgrim). I only took a shower and then left. Maybe it was just unfortunate that I picked a night without other pilgrims, and maybe everything would have been fine but I wanted to on the safe side. Unfortunately, I had already payed.
