We stayed there in June this year and it was a lovely first stop on the Camino. The owner and his family really care about the pilgrims who stay with them.

A note of caution regarding the evening meal - the prices shoot up. The cheap pilgrim menu that’s advertised at lunch is nowhere to be seen come dinner time, so if you’re on a budget be mindful of this. One way around it could be to eat well for lunch, taking full advantage of their reasonably priced pilgrim menu (€12 in June 2024), then eat a light dinner to save cash.

I hear a lot about this albeurge…it’s the best on the Camino, great food, nice owner and a lot more blablabla. And to be fair - they are true!

It’s a nice and clean room, the food was very good and the owners are really interested on you, your safety and your joy on the Camino.

The place is nice, location is top shelf. But food and drinks are so so and very overpriced. Payed 20€ for one simple main course no and a small beer.

A clean and well set up albergue that ead s fantastic experience gir my first night on the Camino Primitivo. Pablo is awesome and the food was very good. Highly recommend staying here.

You couldn’t wish for more. It was delightful. Hosts fantastic and restaurant there, so relaxing and enjoyable. Definitely best albergue I have stayed in. Congratulations to hosts on offering such an outstanding facility for all to enjoy.

We stayed in September 2022 and we're so glad that we started out slow. We had a twin room which was very comfortable. We cooled off in the pool and chilled out in the swings over the river. The food was great and very welcome. Our great hosts ensured a perfect start to our Camino.
