I stayed here after a windy storm, it was cold, damp, no heating on, it felt grimy.
Squeaky old metal beds, luke warm shower water, doors didn’t close so no privacy in bathrooms, pilgrim meal was just lentils
My worst stay during my 35 days -
Avoid

Peggior albergue dove sono stato finora. Sporco e vecchio. Hanno avuto il coraggio di chiederci 1€ per il copriletto quando il tutto è veramente di basso livello. Cucina, doccia, tutto. Worst experience in Camino until now.

We had a really nasty experience! The day before we would arrive we called this albergue to ask if they could reserve 3 beds for us. The hostess said that it was ok. When we arrived at 14.00 we had to wait 30 min for the hostess. Meanwhile, several pilgrims arrived and they were given beds by the kitchen staff without having booked and when the hostess came she told us that the albergue was full but it was no problem because she will arrange for us to go to a rural hostal called la Molita and we should be picked up and taken there by car and brought back to the albergue the next morning. The cost will be EUR 18 for one room for 3. When we got to this hostel after 30 min by car there were only 2 beds and a chair bed which was broken and the price for this room would be EUR 80. The man at the hostel did not accept payment by card, he did not take our passport details, did not record our stay at all or given us receipts. We thought that if we do not pay we won't get out of here! Don't do the same mistake ask we did! Don't trust the hostess! This is a highly unsuitable place for pilgrims to stay.

We liked this stay very much! A very nice host and a good meal in the evening!

We were eager to stay here and were disappointed the hostess was quite rude and made fun of pilgrims who could not speak English, she gave preferential treatment to men or fellow country men and was at times a bully. A fellow pilgrim who was a Spaniard apologised for her behaviour as he was embarrassed. Avoid!

This municipal provided all the essentials - shower, bed, clothesline, WiFi, etc. But it’s on the low end of albergues and it’s priced now at €13. Based on what I’ve seen in the market, it’s worth about €8-10. There may be a communal meal offered at times, but there was not one when I was there. Maybe with the meal it would have been priced right.

The room is packed and there’s only one toilet per 10 beds, not to mention how close it is to the room. It was a very unpleasant experience.

Camino de Sant… (non vérifié)

The hostess seemed to be having a bad day. There may have been a communal meal - but she never said anything to us about it - and then she yelled at folks for using the kitchen because it would "ruin the spirit of the Camino". Everything else was standard albergue. My dad and I got fussed for switching beds, because one of them was "broken" and she wanted my dad on that one - not me. So we had to switch after we had everything set up.

Such a great stay with lovely hosts. Great group dinner with others and it felt like family.

Great example of an albergue. Has everything you need. Charging points. Coffee machine. Clothes line. Good, friendly host. And in the middle of town.
