Lovely place to stay and worth breaking the journey here to relax with such an amazing view. Dinner was great and the hard working staff go the extra yard.

Great first night stop, if you can request a room away from the road even better. If in a group of 4 there is a 4 bed room. You meet a lot of folk that may become your Camino Family.

Stayed here for one night in crossing the mountain. Communal supper was wonderful, better order a take away sandwich the time when you arrived for next day. Only problem is shower time limit.

I booked ahead and was happy to spend the first night here. The folks were very kind and the food was good as was the conversation. Often full so book ahead recommended.

I have stayed here twice. In 2014 and 2019. Both times I booked ahead. Both times the stay was great. Clean and modern and comfortable. Enjoyable meal with a nice structure of everyone introducing themselves and commenting on there upcoming Camino.

Camino de Sant…

We started in SJPDP in the afternoon and stopped at Orisson for our first night on the camino. Took us about 2 hours to get there. Great location with fantastic views. Nice communal dinner where you’ll meet people and have a nice start on your journey (if you, like us, start in SJPDP). The dorms were fine. Limited washing facilities. Breakfast included but rather simple. We stayed here in July 2021.

So glad I split up the first stage. Staff was great! Full of energy and very accommodating. Had a big steak for lunch and good pilgrim meal for dinner. Couldn’t get over the view!

Reglas, restricciones, escasez de servicios, infraestructura inapropiada, cocina escasa. Con una vista fantástica, el lugar no hace mucho por resolver necesidades notorias del peregrinaje: agua fría, tendederos descubiertos, restricciones en los horarios y venta de bebidas calientes están limitadas. Considere mejores opciones.
