Wow this place is heaven after a long day walking on the roads. Everything is clean, nice rooms, spacious bathrooms and super friendly staff

Clean rooms, good facilities (clean shower, washer/dryer) and friendly staff located in a very nice converted building. There is also an option to get dinner and breakfast is included in the morning. Ideal for couples or people travelling in pairs as they have private rooms for two people. Text ahead via WhatsApp to reserve a room

Don’t be put off by the school groups and guided tours filling the streets when you enter town. Within the walls of the Convento, you will find a comfortable bed in a room for two, breakfast and a lovely dinner option, laundry machines, and space to relax. A quiet place to pray, a large common room, and a walled garden to explore. The albergue guitar was put to good use and all had fun. Drinks and snacks for sale as well. Highly recommended.

Plenty of beds, there was a huge group that took up all 60 beds as soon as the convent opened. However, they laid down about 50 more mattresses in other rooms for people to sleep. The nuns were very kind and attentive

What a lovely experience! The albergue is very well run, with beautiful common areas and dorm rooms are doubles- you may be lucky enough to have the room to yourself. Do not miss the blessing of the pilgrims led by the nuns (at 7pm when I was there). Dinner and breakfast were well worth it. Highly recommend this albergue.
Also, definitely take the walk up to Altamira - an excellent museum and reproduction of the world class cave paintings.

What a jewel!

Extremely welcoming and well organized. Gardens, community room, refreshments for sale. Great rooms. We were in a single room for 2. Ironed sheets. Dinner was nice. Soup followed by rice and chicken then homemade flan.

I suggest you book ahead w/ call or WhatsApp.

Peaceful, clean and calm hospitable environment with a great garden. Lovely rooms for 2 people in a great building! Dinner & breakfast are optional and are basic, but fine; best part though is that you eat and drink together!
