just perfect
Fantastic!
Clean, new, helpful staff, good pilgrim dinner, amenities, breakfast. A+. Stayed in the private double room which was a good deal and very comfortable with nice balcony.
The pool was amazing!
This is a very modern Albergue, it’s also a bar and locals are present throughout the day/evening. The facilities were very good, bathrooms excellent. Metal frame bunk beds but there was ample room and a locker for each person. The pool was the highlight as it was a scorching hot day, and so nice to cool off. Dinner was fairly average as far as pilgrim meals go.
Oasis on the Camino
Brand spanking new! Get heat early and enjoy the yard the pool, the food. Tasty pilgrims meal. Juicy roasted chicken. Dip your toes in the pool. There is a washer and dryer or you can hand wash and use the line. Feels like a vacation
Bright and cheery fun spot!
One of the nicest places I have stayed on the Camino! Beautiful outdoor space with pool, laundry, lounge chairs, great little bar inside and delicious meals! The private rooms are super nice…better than most hotels! I highly recommend!
Great Albergue!
This is in my top four Albergue so far, and actually leads the list! Clean, relaxing, optional dinner, separate gender rooms and showers, laundry facilities and plenty of space to dry quickly. Even a swimming pool if you’re so inclined. If they were all like this it would feel like a vacation. 😊
Very Nice place and host!
Very clean, one of the best ALBERGUE I have seen. I am a vegetarisme and hé made a vegetarisch lasagne! So Good. Nice showers. Had a great time
New, clean, well-run
A welcome respite after a cold, windy day. Warm welcome, good food, laundry, large bathrooms. Great location. Too cold to use the pool or terrace, but both looked lovely.
Definitely a nice place but the peregrinos
Fantastic Albergue, pool, great food, good laundry station. But it is so annoying when a bunch of walkers decide they want to leave at 5am but could not be bothered to pack the night before. Then they turn on the lights and take 30 minutes to pack. So disrespectful of everyone else.
Checks all the boxes!
We stayed in a private room upstairs, the shared dorms with bunk beds are downstairs. The restaurant is spacious and serves early (6:30pm dinner, 7:00am breakfast). There is a pool in the back garden and washer/drier for €4 each. Overall, modern facilities and a pleasant stay.
New albergue
Everything is new and very clean. Real sheets and your own lamp and USB-plug-in. There is a dryer and washing machine and even a pool.
Overall good experience - the only cons are that the rooms are a bit tiny and that the bar is very noisy during rush hours.
Great place to stay or stop.
We stayed here. Clean and beautiful stop. Great pilgram meal. The salad was just the beginning. Rooms a bit crowded the staff was great. Patricia was wonderful.
Wish I would have stayed here!
Wish I would have walked a bit farther and stayed here rather than in Villadangos. Clean, beautiful. Regardless— a great stop for a snack, lunch, or coffee in the morning.
Very clean
Wonderful place, had a chicken sandwich and a fabulous room. Staff was very friendly, all pilgrims. Great place.
Very new and definitely nice place
It was a very good experience, the place is new with nice facilities and big swimmingpool - I will highly recommend it! The owners are very friendly, a nice Young couple with a very cute little boy
